The agreement between you and Physiotherapy when you use it.
Template — review before you rely on it. This agreement was generated from a starting template for Physiotherapy. It is not legal advice. Read it, replace everything in [square brackets], make sure it describes how you actually operate, and have it checked against the law where you and your learners are. Delete this note when you are done.
Effective date: October 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Physiotherapy (“we”, “us”) for using this website, the courses, live sessions and everything else we offer here (together, “the academy”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the academy.
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms for you. If you use the academy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.
Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
An account is for one person. Sharing it, or the courses in it, is not allowed — ask us about team access instead.
Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
When you enrol in a course you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view its content for your own learning. Unless the course page says otherwise, access lasts for as long as we offer the course. Some courses, cohorts and memberships give access for a set period, which the course page states.
You may not copy, download (except where we offer a download), record, resell, share or publicly perform course materials, or use them to build a competing course or product.
Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and include any tax we are required to charge, unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
Subscriptions and memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
For payment plans, you agree to pay every instalment. If an instalment fails, access may be paused until it is paid.
We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects an order you have already placed.
If a course is not right for you, our Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back. Nothing in it limits rights that consumer law gives you.
Live sessions take place at the times shown, in the time zone stated. We may reschedule a session if we have to and will tell you as early as we can. Sessions may be recorded and shared with other learners on the course; by joining you agree to that, and you can keep your camera and microphone off.
A certificate confirms that you completed a course here, and carries a link anyone can use to check it. It is not an accredited qualification unless the course page says so. We may withdraw a certificate obtained by breaking these Terms.
You own what you post — reviews, discussion posts, assignment submissions and other content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show and share it as part of running the academy (for example, showing your review on a course page). You confirm you have the right to post it, and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights.
When using the academy, please do not:
harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful, unlawful or sexually explicit content;
post spam, advertising or misleading content;
try to break, overload or probe the security of the academy, or access anything you are not entitled to;
scrape, crawl or download content in bulk, or use automated tools to access the academy without our permission;
share your account or course materials, or submit work that is not your own as if it were.
We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that do so repeatedly or seriously.
The academy and its content — courses, videos, text, graphics, logos and software — belong to Physiotherapy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the licence in section 3, these Terms give you no rights in them.
We keep improving our courses and may update, reorganise or retire content. If we retire a course you paid for, we will give you reasonable notice and either continued access to its content for a period, a comparable course or a pro-rata refund.
You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms; where reasonable we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put things right.
Courses are provided for education. We work hard to keep them accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee any particular result, job or income from taking them, and the academy is provided “as is” and “as available”. We cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [country / state]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [country / state], but if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings where you live. We would always rather sort a problem out directly — please contact us first.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change matters, we will email registered learners before it takes effect and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the academy after that means you accept the new Terms.
Questions about these Terms? Please email us at aditiphysio5@gmail.com or use our contact form. We aim to reply within two working days.
